What is a Matrix Multi-Response question?
Matrix Multiple Response items appear constantly on the new NCLEX. They probe whether you can categorise multiple findings simultaneously — for example, classifying lab values as expected, unexpected, or critical. Mastering them is non-negotiable for the test.
