Refund Policy

We want NursingSprint to be worth your money. This policy explains when you can get a refund and how to request one. It applies to subscriptions and program passes purchased directly from us.

Try before you pay

You can create a free account and practise sample questions in every program before you buy anything. We encourage you to do this first — it is the best way to see whether NursingSprint suits how you study.

14-day refund

If you are not satisfied with a paid subscription or pass, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. You do not need to give a reason. We will process the refund to your original payment method.

After 14 days

After the 14-day window, payments are generally non-refundable, because by that point you have had substantial access to the full platform. We will still consider refunds case by case where there has been a genuine problem — for example, a duplicate charge, a billing error, or a technical fault that prevented you from using the Service. Contact us and we will work it out fairly.

Renewals

If your plan renews automatically, you can cancel at any time from your account to stop the next renewal. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not by itself refund a charge that has already been made. If a renewal charge takes you by surprise, contact us within 14 days of that charge and we will help.

How to request a refund

Email us or use our contact page with the email address on your account and the approximate date of purchase. Refund requests are usually processed within a few business days; it may then take your bank or card provider additional time to show the credit.

Chargebacks

If something is wrong with a charge, please contact us first — we can almost always resolve it faster than a bank dispute. Opening a chargeback without contacting us may result in your account being suspended while the dispute is reviewed.
