This Privacy Policy explains what information NursingSprint ("we", "us") collects when you use our website and study platform, how we use it, and the choices you have. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
- Account information — your name and email address when you register, and an optional study profile (your program, exam date, and goals).
- Usage data — the questions you practise, your answers, scores, and progress, so the platform can show your performance and adapt your practice.
- Payment information — when you purchase a subscription, payment is processed by our payment provider. We do not store your full card details on our servers; we keep only a record of the transaction.
- Technical data — basic log information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit, used for security and to improve the service.
How we use your information
- To provide the platform — track your progress, build practice sets, and show results.
- To manage your account, process payments, and provide customer support.
- To send service messages (for example, account or billing notices). We send marketing email only where you have not opted out, and every such email includes an unsubscribe link.
- To keep the service secure and to detect and prevent fraud or abuse.
- To understand, in aggregate, how the platform is used so we can improve it.
How we share information
