These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NursingSprint website and study platform (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Your account

You must provide accurate information when you register and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. An account is for a single person — you may not share it. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Copy, scrape, resell, or redistribute our questions, rationales, or study notes.
• Share your account, or attempt to access the Service through another person's account.
• Interfere with the Service, attempt to bypass security or access controls, or use automated tools to extract content.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms.

Subscriptions and payment

Some features require a paid subscription or pass. Prices and what each plan includes are shown at the point of purchase. Payment is processed by our payment provider. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Our content and intellectual property

The questions, rationales, study notes, and other materials on the Service are owned by NursingSprint or its content authors and are protected by intellectual property law. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use them for your own exam preparation while your account is active. No other rights are granted.

No affiliation; trademarks

NursingSprint is an independent study platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by ATI, Elevate (HESI), the NCSBN, or any testing body. "ATI TEAS", "HESI", and "NCLEX" are trademarks of their respective owners and are used here only to identify the exams we help students prepare for.

Educational use — no guarantee

The Service is a study aid. Our content is written and reviewed by practising nurses, but it is provided for educational purposes and is not a substitute for your program's curriculum, clinical training, or professional judgement. We do not guarantee any particular exam result. It is not medical advice.

Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, NursingSprint is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and termination

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves; we will revise the "last updated" date and notify you of material changes. You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access where these Terms are breached.
